What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Experience with conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
