What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls from customers regarding the Colorado Exchange
- Address general questions regarding the application/Exchange
- Assist with inquiries related to how it works, tax credits, address change, password resets, etc.
- Provide customer support through Connect for Health's application system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Must live in Colorado
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous healthcare experience or Medicaid experience
