What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cable/Fiber internet connection with minimum speed requirements
- Ability to manage high call volume
- Desire to exceed customer service expectations
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
