What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills
- Provide support for MyChart Patient Portal to patients
- Navigate Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) to support patient inquiries
- Support hospital marketing efforts through referrals and registrations
- Maintain accurate data entry and patient privacy as outlined by HIPAA
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the surrounding area of St. Louis
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays on a quarterly basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inbound and outbound telemarketing for healthcare organizations
