      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of customer contacts, including incoming and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients
      - Handle inquiries within established performance and customer service standards, achieving targeted metrics
      - Provide excellent and consistent customer service for various call types while maintaining professionalism
      - Exceed individual service level standards, including contacts managed and quality scores
      - Ensure accurate data entry, coding, and documentation of all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - No prior experience required
      - Must be punctual and available for scheduled work shifts
      - Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, and respectful manner
      - Proficient in handling high volumes of customer inquiries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service roles, particularly in healthcare or related fields
      - Familiarity with patient navigation or healthcare services
      - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices
      - Experience with data entry and coding in a customer service context
      - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
