  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a high volume of customer contacts including incoming and outbound calls, emails, and chat from patients
  - Achieve established performance and customer service standards, including abandoned call rate and average speed of answer
  - Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff
  - Exceed individual service level standards, including transaction time and quality scores
  - Ensure accurate data entry, coding, and documentation of all interactions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED
  - No prior experience required
  - Must be available for scheduled work shifts
  - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Ability to maintain patient privacy and security as outlined by HIPAA
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare setting
  - Familiarity with patient management systems or healthcare-related software
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
  - Bilingual abilities are a plus
