      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform day-to-day services/tasks needed for billeting and travel in a remote setting
      - Provide front desk support to assist visitors and new camp residents with Camp Safety Orientation and other needs
      - Efficiently manage travel arrangements for approximately 400 to 500 employees
      - Communicate effectively and professionally with senior management, contractors, clients, residents, and other employees
      - Process weekly payroll and assist with accounts payable and other business-related tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - At least five (5) years of directly related office experience
      - Basic knowledge of accounting functions to include TCP Payroll and Deltek Costpoint
      - Ability to operate general office equipment, PCs, and type at least 45 words per minute
      - Must have at least 3 years operating commissary and have beginning knowledge of POS systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel, including creating charts and pivot tables
      - Reliable and dependable attendance in a remote setting
      - Ability to live in dormitory-style settings and meet cleanliness requirements of the remote camp
      - Must meet and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by the company and client
