What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Efficiently handle inbound calls from customers and salesforce regarding technical issues and complaints
- Identify customer needs and find effective solutions
- Process customer orders and returns following established procedures
- Support sales teams and participate in improving quality and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- College diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP environment
