What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance review of reports, correspondences, addendums, or supplemental reviews
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and federal ERISA and/or state mandates
- Provide insight and direction to management on consultant quality and compliance
- Resolve customer complaints and quality assurance issues
- Participate in educational and training activities as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
- Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, preferably claims management
- Experience in workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and/or disability
