      Job Title: REMOTE Pharmacy Technician

      Job Description

      Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician where you will review Prior Authorizations to determine their approval for our Pharmacy Services department. Your role includes approving or denying coverage determination requests, entering decisions into the system, and notifying providers and members about the decisions. You will occasionally handle inbound calls from members, manage requests for specialty drugs, and ensure efficient communication with providers to facilitate reviews. A professional remote work setup is required, as well as flexibility to work a rotational shift schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

      Work Environment

      This position is fully remote, requiring a strong Wi-Fi connection and a private office space. The work involves multiple systems and screens. Equipment such as a computer, monitor, and headset will be provided. Training is provided to ensure you are well-prepared.
