What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Daily accounts payable, accounts receivable/invoicing, and banking for multiple clients
- Posting journal entries and updating balance sheet accounts
- Processing client payroll and reviewing payroll filings
- Conducting monthly and quarterly sales and use tax reviews
- Managing the month-end close process and supporting budget and forecasting activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software
- Experience working with SMBs in the $5M to $50M market
- Exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
