  Job Responsibilities:
  
  - Advocate for existing post-sale customers within various operational areas of Employer
  - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and requests
  - Take initiative to improve processes internally and within customer workflows
  - Maintain direct contact with customers before and after product sale
  - Support sales team in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  - Prior bill review experience required
  - Worker's compensation, healthcare, or auto insurance experience preferred
  - Several years of relevant experience in customer-facing office environments
  - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  - Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking

  - The expected base pay for this position ranges from $42,845 - $65,000 annually
