What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct remote patient equipment setup and titration studies over the phone
- Ensure equipment meets patients' clinical needs through assessments and guidance
- Provide instruction and support for patients on equipment use and care
- Document service calls and patient interactions accurately and efficiently
- Act as a clinical resource, assisting with appointments and troubleshooting concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field
- Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Nurse
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical services or the home medical equipment industry
- Knowledge of oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments, and current medical technologies
- Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
