      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and evaluate the Clinical and Internship Program
      - Provide weekly clinical supervision for Associate Therapists and Interns
      - Complete required paperwork and documentation for interns and associate counselors
      - Collaborate with universities and internship coordinators
      - Assist in training and development of associate therapists and interns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have LCSW or LPCC under the state of New Jersey
      - Must be certified to do clinical supervision
      - Master’s or doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields
      - Experience supervising MSW, LSW, and LAC
      - Experience working with youth with developmental disabilities, mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing positive behavior support
      - Prior experience working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities
      - Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle
      - Familiarity with counseling approaches such as CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response
      - Knowledge of using the DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis
