What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate settlements or secure payment arrangements with customers
- Provide quality customer service to secure payment arrangements
- Utilize technology to communicate with customers and enter payment arrangements
- Manage time effectively in a performance-based call center environment
- Travel to care center site as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual assessment (English/Spanish) for specific roles
- Previous collections, call center, or sales experience is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong negotiation and active-listening skills
