      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and train Remote Community Health Service team members on program activities
      - Manage daily operations of the Network Access Improvement Program (NAIP) to ensure high participant satisfaction
      - Utilize high-risk member reporting to identify candidates for services
      - Work on marketing efforts and outreach to potential community partners and clinics
      - Enroll members and educate them on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) equipment and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Certified Community Health Worker
      - Current certification as a Community Health Worker in the state of Texas upon hire
      - Strong management and operational oversight skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some college education
      - Experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with community health programs and patient engagement strategies
      - Knowledge of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) systems
      - Experience in community outreach and partnership development
