      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide educators in developing, implementing, and analyzing community research initiatives
      - Facilitate research projects with high school teachers and students
      - Develop comprehensive research and data collection systems
      - Deliver compelling oral and written reports at state and national levels
      - Establish and maintain strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in education, Curriculum, STEM, Public Health, or related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a university, governmental, or service-oriented non-profit organization
      - Knowledge of State, Board of Trustees, university, and Health Sciences Technology Academy policies preferred
      - Proficiency in information gathering, data collection, and report writing
      - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in grant writing, oversight, and protocol development
      - Familiarity with professional, staff, and student training methodologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REDCap Software, and curriculum development
