What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations for various properties
- Determine callers' needs through active listening and probing questions
- Maintain knowledge of each property to effectively sell the hotel and its services
- Refer group and corporate leads to the sales department
- Handle guest service issues with proper resolution and professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role or sales experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical and managerial applications of Outlook, PMS, Microsoft Office, and other PC applications
- Operational knowledge of all corporate support/functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role in the hospitality industry
