What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide online booking tool support and manage various queues efficiently
- Assist travelers with profile and booking inquiries via calls and emails
- Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotels, and car rentals
- Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations
- Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years
- Expertise with airline ticket exchanges and proficiency in Concur and Deem online booking tools
- Required corporate travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS
- Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in corporate travel settings
- Familiarity with additional global distribution systems (GDS)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and industry trends
