What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and client engagement
- Assess and mitigate risk, while managing documentation during calls
- Provide available resources and information
- Identify safe coping mechanisms and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
- 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health/Social Services (cumulative months totaling 12 months/1 year is accepted, including internships)
- Reside in WA, OR, AZ, NM, MI, KS, IL, IN, GA, NC, MN, MD, TN, PA, or OH

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in crisis intervention or counseling services
