What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work remotely from home maintaining HIPAA compliance and focus requiring private office space
- Speak with consumers over the phone experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Assess/mitigate risk, manage documentation, and provide available resources
- Identify safe ways of coping, develop safety plans, and provide emergency intervention as needed
- Remain calm and professional while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
- 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health/Social Services
- Reside in specific states: WA, OR, AZ, NM, MI, KS, IL, IN, GA, NC, MN, MD, TN, PA, OH, AL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or mental health services
- Strong communication and listening skills
