What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Speak with consumers over the phone and provide emotional support
- Build rapport and engage with clients
- Assess risk and document information during calls
- Provide resources, information, and develop safety plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, PhD, M.A., or M.S.)
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling services
