What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and engage clients
- Assess risk and manage documentation during calls
- Provide available resources and information
- Identify safe coping strategies and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or MA/MS with clinical practice emphasis
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor
- Reside in Kansas and hold valid licenses (LPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LSCSW)
- Ability to work from distraction-free private office space
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in crisis intervention or counseling roles
- Knowledge of community mental health services and resources
