      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide client support via chat, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support
      - Respond to all client communication via email and provide support regarding account inquiries, services, programs, promotions, and technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
