What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
- Serve as the primary support liaison between the employer and customers
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the employer's product line
- Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting for accurate responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts
- DSL or high-speed internet service with specific minimum speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in languages other than English
- Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
