What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for Hotwire Communications products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Serve as the primary support liaison between Hotwire Communications and residential customers
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Hotwire Communications product line
- Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting for accurate issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- DSL or high-speed internet service with minimum speed 25 MB/s, preferred upload speed 50 MB/s

- Other language skills
- Additional technical certifications or training
- Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
