What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to automotive dealerships
- Research and assist with profile-related inquiries and vehicle orders
- Track vehicle shipments and manage car warranty assistance
- Escalate critical orders as necessary to ensure timely processing
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling inbound and outbound communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction
- Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to problem-solve and effectively resolve customer issues
- Reliable availability to work scheduled shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time
