      Responsibilities:

      - Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess if the employer can assist them.
      - Gather and input necessary information about prospective cases.
      - Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls.
      - Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.
      - Send and receive signed retainers via email or text.

      Qualifications:

      - High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
      - Excellent oral communication, comprehension, and critical-thinking skills.
      - Comfortable working in a high call volume environment.
      - Outgoing personality and ability to multitask and learn quickly.
      - Thrive in a virtual team environment and demonstrate reliability and dependability.
      - Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong writing skills and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
      - Salesforce experience is preferred.

      Additional Information:

      - This is a work from home position, but may transition to an in-office role.
      - Must provide a distraction-free work environment and reside in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
      - Must pass an Internet Speed Test before the interview.
