- Answer incoming calls from the public regarding planned sewer rate adjustments
- Provide information and answers to questions about the rate adjustments
- Document caller information and questions in Excel and Google Sheets
- Receive and answer all calls online
- Complete call documentation online
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work during specified hours
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Training provided by the city on system usage and call handling
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
- Knowledge of city government operations
