Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email channels
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Process order entry and product inquiries
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely feedback to customers
- Research and resolve complaints, product inquiries, and ordering issues
- Maintain strong organizational skills and manage work hours effectively
Required Skills:
- Proficient in handling customer interactions via phone, email, and mail
- Able to read and interpret manuals, documents, and memos
- Strong communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Math skills for calculating figures and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as directed by management
Experience:
- 0-2 years of related experience and/or training
Education:
- High School Diploma in General Studies
Shift:
- 1st Shift (United States of America)
Additional Information:
- This job is based in an office environment with a temperature of 65F to 75F.
- Travel is not required for this position.
