      Employer is seeking candidates for a 100% Remote Data Entry role on a 5-month contract. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $19/HR, weekly pay, and full benefits.       Qualifications:

      - 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience (open to administrative/data entry experience)
      - Experience in customer-facing roles such as Barista, Waiter, Waitress, Bartender, Bank Teller, etc.
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating two monitors and utilizing software programs
      - Prior healthcare experience is not required but is a plus

      Responsibilities:

      - Answer inbound calls and assist customers with healthcare insurance inquiries
      - Address customer questions related to how healthcare insurance works, tax credits, address changes, password resets, etc.
      - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Utilize company software programs to assist customers effectively
      - Follow established protocols and guidelines for customer support
