      Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about organization and customer satisfaction? LaSalle Network is partnering with a client seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative!

      In this role, you'll be the primary contact for incoming calls regarding healthcare benefits, life insurance, disability plans, and other HR-related services. You'll educate callers on benefits and processes, process enrollments, resolve issues, research requests, and assist with projects as needed.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees during the annual benefits enrollment period. Answer calls and emails related to benefits enrollment, clarifying plan options, coverage details, and deadlines.
      • Benefits Education: Educate employees on their benefits options (health, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.), helping them understand plan details and making informed decisions about their selections.
      • Enrollment Assistance: Guide employees through the enrollment process, ensuring they accurately complete and submit the necessary forms or make selections through the online system.
      • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any questions or issues regarding employee eligibility, plan selections, dependents, or documentation. Escalate more complex issues to the Enrollment Manager when necessary.
      • Documentation Verification: Assist with verifying employee information, ensuring that enrollment forms are properly completed, and supporting documents are submitted on time.
      • System Navigation: Assist employees with navigating the benefits enrollment platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing step-by-step instructions for completing their selections.
      • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all enrollments are completed in accordance with company policies and benefits plan rules. Maintain confidentiality of employee information in line with privacy and data protection standards.
      • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups, logging all interactions in the CRM or relevant system.
      • Reporting: Support the benefits team by providing daily or weekly reports on call volume, common employee questions, and any issues that arise during the enrollment period.

      Requirements:
      • Need to live in the United States
      • HS diploma or GED required
      • 2+ years call center customer service experience
      • Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
      • Consistent commitment to exceptional customer service
