What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls throughout your shift
- Engage with a diverse consumer base to resolve customer needs and technical issues
- Participate in a training program that enhances soft skills, technical knowledge, and company-specific tools
- Utilize roleplays, call observations, and practice calls to improve performance
- Maintain engagement and professionalism during all customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to remain focused and engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
