What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle approximately 100-150 inbound calls daily from internal and external customers
- Provide "one call" resolution to customer inquiries with minimal transfers
- Make decisions to dispatch technicians for on-site service as needed
- Navigate complex customer scenarios to achieve satisfaction and prevent escalation
- Resolve inquiries related to SMS Text appointment confirmations and site readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general technical knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in scheduling or operations
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
