      ModSquad has partnered with a popular gaming client and we are seeking experienced content moderators and customer support representatives to join our team.


      As a member of this team, you will moderate content via Twitch, Discord, and YouTube as well as respond to customer inquiries via emails.


      Hours of Operation

      Monday - Thursday: 8 PM - 4 AM PT

      Friday - Sunday: 6 PM - 8 AM PT


      Commitment

      20 hours per week.

      90-day commitment (as needed)


      Please note: Weekends are required for this project. Due to that, 10 hours of your 20 hour weekly commitment must be self-scheduled Friday - Sunday.

      What We Are Looking For:
      • Candidates who have content moderation and email support experience
      • Candidates who have experience with digital card and role-playing games
      • Candidates with strong written communication skills
      • Candidates who can work weekends, late evening, and overnight shifts


      WorkSpace Requirements:
      • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above.
      • Desktop or laptop with at least 8 GB Ram
      • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
      • Access to a smart phone or web camera capable of taking pictures.
