What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions for complex cybersecurity identity access management issues
- Lead the implementation and management of the identity access management platform
- Analyze the technology stack to identify weaknesses and opportunities for security enhancements
- Collaborate with various teams to identify gaps and expand identity access management controls
- Develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and runbooks for identity access management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, or related field is preferred
- 4 years of job-related experience required for senior-level cybersecurity engineer position
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or SANS/GIAC preferred
- Advanced training in security concepts is preferred
- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering and identity access management technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, access request, access review, and privileged account management
- Familiarity with multifactor authentication and single sign-on systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Vendor training in relevant software and hardware products
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity or related fields
