      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and promote change management initiatives within assigned areas
      - Perform routine assignments and deliver projects for data analysis and reporting
      - Export and transform data using analytical tools like SQL, MS Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
      - Conduct data mining, validation, and reconciliation across various applications
      - Develop visual aids and reports to support decision-making and identify trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
      - 0 - 1+ years of experience in analytics related to the responsibilities of this position
      - Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with modern data and analytics technologies such as Dataiku, Tableau, AWS, or Spark
      - Proficiency in coding with SQL, Hive, Python/R, SAS, or VBA
      - Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal clients
      - Ability to use sound judgment regarding confidential information
      - Collaborative style with a focus on teamwork
