      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and promote change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas
      - Export information from various applications/databases and analyze data using tools like SQL, MS Power BI, and Tableau
      - Perform routine data mining, validation, and reconciliation across applications
      - Identify and analyze variances and trends, presenting findings to management
      - Develop creative visual aids to support data insights and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
      - 0 - 1+ years of experience in analytics that aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
      - Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal clients
      - Experience querying and reporting from SQL databases
      - Familiarity with modern data and analytics technologies such as Dataiku, Tableau, AWS, or Spark
      - Coding experience with SQL, Hive, Python/R, SAS, or VBA
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
