      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports related to service delivery and scheduling
      - Establish accurate procedures for data collection and entry into relevant databases
      - Input and monitor data collection and reporting functions to support operations
      - Manage shared network drives at the Regional or Installation level
      - Provide technical support and training for FFSP software applications to staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of two years’ experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
      - Minimum of two years’ experience in database management and IT support
      - Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
      - Familiarity with Microsoft 365

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
      - Experience providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
      - Previous experience in customer service and multi-tasking environments
