What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Input large volumes of data into customer information systems and other software
- Establish and maintain utility accounts while verifying eligibility and accessibility
- Prepare and distribute work orders and customer communications
- Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
- Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
- Must pass computer skills, typing and accuracy, and 10-key skills testing for consideration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields
- Additional experience in high-volume data entry operations
