What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual and in-home design consultations, creating room plans and estimates
- Utilize proprietary 3D room planner to develop and present design plans based on client's needs and preferences
- Build and maintain a pipeline of local/regional clients, exceeding sales goals
- Network within the design, trade, and developer community to generate leads and design opportunities
- Manage client relationships and project timelines, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design and installation process
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands to create unique design plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Interior Design certification or degree, with 3-5 years of experience
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and possess a book of business with clientelling experience
- Previous experience in prospecting for new business opportunities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer follow-up skills
- Proficiency in space planning software and general computer skills
- Reliable internet connection and availability to meet business and client needs
- Active participation in industry organizations and events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background check clearance
- Prior experience with large, complex orders and coordinating across different brands and sales channels
- Prior experience with space planning software
- Openness to evening or weekend events and availability
