      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the completion of assigned projects while maintaining and improving client relationships
      - Create Statements of Work, write scopes, and manage project budgets
      - Oversee and manage a team of engineers, prioritizing tasks and ensuring quality of work
      - Support protection relay settings for substation, transmission line, and distribution projects
      - Conduct electrical studies for utilities and commercial/industrial sectors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
      - Minimum of five years of industry experience performing studies in technical disciplines
      - EIT certification and eligibility to sit for the PE Exam, with the ability to attain PE within a year
      - Expertise in protective relaying, including short circuit analysis and protection scheme development
      - Proficiency in applicable software such as AcSELerator Quickset, GE Enervista, and ETAP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electrical engineering and protection relay settings
      - Knowledge of SCADA systems and arc flash analysis
