What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from utility customers, providing assistance with energy efficiency programs
- Support various services including customer service, visit scheduling, enrollment, and technical support
- Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts during customer interactions
- Maintain performance metrics and provide real-time updates on personal performance data
- Engage in chat/email interactions with customers as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferred
