What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support focused on energy efficiency for utility customers
- Assist with customer enrollment, visit scheduling, program education, tech support, and status updates
- Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts to deliver a wide range of services
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls while maintaining performance metrics
- Utilize chat and email interactions to assist customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

- Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
