What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency programs
- Schedule visits, assist with customer enrollment, and educate clients on program offerings
- Navigate multiple platforms to address customer inquiries and provide tech support
- Utilize various support scripts, including verbatim guides and talking points
- Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- No attendance or punctuality issues
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms

- Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service satisfaction
