What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, coordinating all issues that arise during the project
- Consult with providers, clinicians, and management to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives
- Conduct critical analysis of data to support assigned programs and articulate findings to stakeholders
- Recommend innovative application solutions to improve workflow, patient safety, and productivity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to frequent changes in priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business teams
- Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification is preferred
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
- Proven ability to manage projects from an organizational perspective
- Experience in training and supporting end users
