What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned application areas, coordinating issues that arise during projects
- Consult with various stakeholders, including providers and executives, to support decisions and workflows
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve workflow and productivity
- Prepare detailed project work plans and status reports to track progress and outcomes
- Assist in the development of best practice workflows and tools for consistent application throughout the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities, including workflow analysis
- Ability to learn Epic software and obtain Epic Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire date
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and project leadership
- Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification preferred
- Familiarity with information systems, clinical software, and other computer applications
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Proven ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Recognized and respected within the organization for expertise and contributions
