What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, coordinating all issues that arise during projects
- Consult with providers, clinicians, and management to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance clinical and business needs
- Participate in the preparation of detailed project work plans and status reports
- Lead application integration decisions impacting multiple clinical and business units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to project leadership and team members
- Willingness to travel to work sites as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification highly preferred
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Recognized and respected within the organization for collaborative efforts
