      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, managing issues and coordinating with various stakeholders
      - Analyze business processes and recommend innovative solutions for workflow and productivity improvements
      - Collaborate with clinical staff and management to develop best practice workflows based on organizational objectives
      - Participate in interdisciplinary groups to make decisions on design, implementation, and outcome reporting
      - Prepare detailed project work plans and status reports to track project progress and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement, including familiarity with methodologies like PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
      - Ability to learn Epic software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months of hire
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams
      - Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Epic certification preferred
      - Experience in a healthcare setting working with clinical software and information systems
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
      - Familiarity with change management strategies and performance improvement methodologies
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and consensus building
