  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide primary support and contact for assigned Epic applications and coordinate project-related issues
  - Consult with various stakeholders, including providers and executives, to support decision-making and workflow improvements
  - Analyze data to support assigned programs and communicate findings to colleagues and management
  - Lead application integration decisions and assist in the development of design documentation
  - Participate in interdisciplinary groups to make design, implementation, and enhancement decisions for clinical systems
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities, including familiarity with methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
  - Ability to learn Epic software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire
  - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  - Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Current Epic certification
  - Experience in analyzing workflows and implementing IT systems
  - Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  - Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving business operations
